    Very cool.

Do they do small runs for other folks, too? I have a pal whose small runs cost him a fortune. He's in Illinois.

My foundry will do a run of one, and they charge by weight, unless the part is more intricate then they might do a little upcharge.

If the pal is getting charged a fortune, maybe the foundry is doing pattern work, or more finishing than they are for my projects? I just have them rough cut the gates and I do all the grinding and sanding myself.

  6. In Metal shop in high school, we had a foundry. We used to sit back there drinking beer in class and melting the beer cans down. We always hid the fresh cans in the sand box.

  7. You had me at "melting down beer cans" ... you lost me at "no beer cans involved".

  8. They did a run of gas pedals and switch panels for me. Qty of 6 and 12 I think it was?

I have no idea. I checked on 2 phones and my desk top and they all show the pictures. Hmmm. OK I logged out and they don't show. I logged back in and they are there. Any ideas on why that would be?

Alchemy, I bought one of your earlier ones but sadly it left with a 32 I sold. I would like to have one of your new ones so please let us know when they will be available. Thanks. Larry
