VERY SLICK!!! Car looks great, mostly because you didn't have to "cobble-up" the front "flow" just to get the radiator to fit in & work at the same time... "Outside the box" thinking : Just love it!!!!

Very well done and a great solution to maintain cooling and not sacrifice the nose design. Back in the early '80s a friend was installing small blocks into 911 Porsches, radiator in the front, engine in the back. Never overheated and he set the record for a 911 at Riverside Raceway before the Porsche Club had him banned. Good times!!!

Looks very cool and all but it begs the question "Where the hell are you going to put golf clubs in that thing?"

    Fine looking ride!
Do the fans push or pull?

Sounds like you got it figured out. Looks great.
We're you able to put a bubble flare on the cooling tubes, I've seen a few different ways to do it.
Cooling tubes thru the frame rails is a new one to me, usually see them run on inside of frame to help shed heat as you're driving.
Also interested if the fans push or pull, if pulling, does it vent out behind the radiator box

Check with @racer-x , he has run a system similar to this for quite a while.

Excellent engineering! Very clean. As asked above.....push or pull fans? Also, where's the gas tank?

    >>>S/S tubes inside the frame rails.>>>

How about using dual-purpose tubular frame rails instead?

I don't think radiator fans running so close to your head would be cool. A lot of noise and heat on a slow cruise.

No problem. After the rear lid covers the fans, no heat can escape. 8^)

    I like it!

I'm doing the same on my '29 roadster, but I'll be using an electric water pump (no way to run a mechanical with the Potvin blower). Are you running a thermostat? I can't tell what that chrome thing is where the thermostat would be located and you're obviously pulling the coolant out the side of the intake/heads. I imagine it holds a few quarts more coolant and the lines going back and forth probably help in keeping things cool. I'd like to see the decklid as that's one of the things I'm hesitant on (louvering the decklid) and it looks like you've done just that. Did you do anything under the radiator to promote air flow or are you just relying on the fans?

I wonder in long-term use it would be hard on the water pump? Or if there would be any issues pumping coolant that long of a distance.

I'm diggin' the Rochester 2G two barrel. I run one on my tub (with two dummies for a faux tri-power) and the 302 will absolutely rip the treads off the rear tires (4-spd w/ 9" 4.11 posi).
Does the 2V do it for you too?
