I was thinking Michigan with the Farmington Sales and Service and Grand River street address. Possibly staging lanes or pits?

I may have to check this out next time I'm in the area. We have an office in FH on Grand River but haven't been up there in a while. Didn't know a place like this existed up there.

Well that's interesting. My first car, a '64 Barracuda, was where I learned about 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. My Chevy buds all told me how Mopar stole this from Chevy.

He did not own it. Doc Burgess a veterinarian from CT owned the car. The Grump drove it at the Winternationals and probably some other meets.

From the banking in the back of the picture it might be the old Packard Proving Grounds in Shelby Township, MI.
With the other makes shown, I doubt that it was at any of the other three PGs in the area. (Ford - Romeo, GM - Milford, or Chrysler - Chelsea)
The '63 Plymouth, post or hardtop, is my all time favorite Chrysler product!
