Vic Sr. with his Roadster, it was sold to Eddie Bosio who rebuilt it into an AMBR winner and eventually it came back to the Edelbrock family who had it restored to it’s dry lakes style.

Considering the speed, openness of the intersection, and people actually drove their cars(not operate with feint interest) a civilized society can function without the need for signage when you follow road rules.

The contrast of not seeing anything modified on the street really brings into stark contrast of how radical a modified vehicle must have been, dare even how bold it would have been to do. These videos are great.

 

Judging from the years of the cars ('40 Dodge is the latest I spotted) and the light traffic, my guess is it was filmed during WW II.
