" Monster" hot rod , racer

Not sure where to post this , but need to share it. Off the internet, don't know who to credit.
Anybody know anything about it?

The cars name was "Babs" ...

 

This is it April 1926 driven by J G Parry Thomas at Brooklands

 

It was once buried after a crash where the driver ,Thomas, was killed.
