Got closer and further away at the same time today lol BB0AD134-F098-4B67-9136-709967F2B08E.jpeg did manage to bless the new work bench with some new little books though :)

trying to get the space cleared to bring in a daily for a Sunday oil change so organizing stuff and moving started. Might hang some of these lights tonight yet. Tired of moving them around 154C2DCA-8EC2-44B1-B5A8-17C40CB99E9A.jpeg

Great view, great stance, and there is something special about a hot rod with snow tires.

It is really hard to find them with nice whitewalls these days. It used to be common. I can only find blackwalls for my '53 pickup.

In a way moving might help. It would be easier for me if all my crap was somewhere else and I was moving just the stuff I wanted into an empty shop. It's a point of view thing. :D

Yeah, end of the day I know I will be able to work faster/ more productively with this set up. I’m pretending the months off will be made up for in short order.

    hoping that’s true lol

  14. I have 3 in the garage with room leftover for activities. I can pull my crew cab short bed truck in and shut the door and still have room to walk in front of it and the bench. I do need a shed though, a place for kid's bikes, lawn stuff and junk I don't want to throw away.

I love them. They take a beating and still run forever. I built the one in my '53 in 1978.

Did Hunter Biden do the lid on your paint box? You may be looking at some big bucks there.

As I was responding to the splatter box I knew full well that you are an Artist proper so as one myself we create our own Pollacks. I've even done signwriting and showcard writing in college but have never done enough to create such a masterpiece as you have...;)

I think I remember Sixball mentioned being an Artist too...

That’s my good buddy Neko’s box aka the crazy painter :)

he came over to help with some shop decorations and my daughter gave him a hand :) 8BC96AA2-8728-47A6-B52A-FE0A2B0B0059.jpeg need to wipe the chalk off but for now here’s an “artsy low light” photo. The led’s are so bright it kinda kills the vibe in a photo.

This little idea isn’t done quite yet ;) stay tuned haha

Awesome flames...they have a festive vibe...You have many cool friends Timm...

I have led lights in the shop they might kill ambience but they sure light it up...

I noticed the small flame layout on the fender the other day and now they're full size...

Yup these lights make the street at the end of the driveway bright enough to read a book at midnight with the doors open lol 05A4F4C9-EC6A-466E-A95E-E50D63F8B33D.jpeg 18B014BD-0E08-4973-AC40-8E6616E1978E.jpeg AFAF7DB3-81F1-42DE-84B8-93A87FDE6E95.jpeg

I’ll try to find where I pulled the flames from, they aren’t really how I draw flames normally so I had to do some borrowing.

Just noticed we hadn’t wiped the chalk off in those pictures. Free handed them on with chalk, brushed the edge and then filled them. They are just slightly different side to side, we each took a side, but I feel like that’s how a lot of old flames were so I’m calling it authenticity lol
