Romeo Palamides built and raced this dragster, it was also named America’s Most Beautiful Competition Car at the ‘58 Oakland Roadster Show.
What a brain trust! Draftsman Leo Goossen, machinist and owner of Offenhauser Engineering Fred Offenhauser and lastly Bud Winfield. Bud did a lot of the development on the Novi engine seen here.
This looks a lot like the former "Frantic Four " car . Anyone know ? I see Bill Flynn's "Yankee Peddler" in the background. Good memories. Thanks for posting the picture.

- Steam Train on Bridge, Neerim, Victoria, circa 1915, V-class 2-8-0 type goods steam locomotive No.503 crossing a timber trestle bridge. No.503 was built either in 1901 or 1902 by Phoenix Foundry Company, Ballarat. The hill behind the locomotive is covered with dead trees.
