This screams hot rod to me with the channel, Deuce grille and flipper wheel covers. I'd like to imagine the photo was taken in '59.
This is one classy looking ride. Nothing jumps out at you, nothing's missing. It flows and blends together. Understated but righteous.
It's the simple things in life that matter. Take this car right here, what a cool looking car. Nothing special, but the complete package just works. Sure, you could modify it if you had to, or you could just leave it the fuck alone and appreciate what a cool car it is. I think that's what I'd do.
That looks like the '32 Vicky that @Nick32vic built quite a few years ago. If it is it's a waaay cool car. Probably the only 32 Vicky on the planet with a sedan delivery door.
Thanks, Mike! Yeah that's it! That was one of the photos Jim Rizzo took for the feature in Street Rodder Magazine. I'm still so proud of that car! About the back door; I have actually seen a couple other 32 Vickys with back doors in them since I sold mine. It would have been a pretty useless luggage and tool haulers without it. My dad did such an awesome job making the door jambs and figuring it out!
