Art & Inspiration WELP ! I guess that’s it for the season !!

This is what I woke up to this morning !! Did take her for a few drives yesterday, Home Depot , groceries and to take my daughter to horseback riding.

I can’t complain, I’ve put easily a couple thousand klicks on her since mid august when I got it.

pain in the butt is my Rinky Dink one car garage is jammed with house stuff. The Reno’s after the basement flood are almost done , flooring going in next week and I can empty out the garage after that .

gotta put storage insurance in her tomorrow .

 

I enjoy driving me old car in the rain and snow. I have the outside and inner panels protected with conveyer belt spray grease and the interior parts sprayed with Fluid Film. The Lanolin is very safe..

 

Don't mean to brag but... Hot Rodding is year round down here in the south.

 

I hope the next time you use a public toilet your balls touch the water !! Year round hot rodding !!! Show off !

 

Like Dan, here in South Carolina we can drive our hot rods year round, on the rare occasional snow or ice storm they stay inside but those days are few and far between. HRP

 

Same here. Woke up to 4-5 inches of snow. Took the wife kid and my mom Christmas tree hunting in the woods yesterday tho, and it was beautiful. Snowing, Christmas tunes on. Took um to lunch at the local joint and watched UoM wup the buckeyes, which is always awesome.

And while I can appreciate year round hot rodding, I'm personally not interested. I like the snow. We're a snowmobile and snowboard family, and honestly by the time summer is over here, I'm glad and ready for winter. You can own a bigger variety of toys that way.

Yeah, I know, I'm nuts.... Lol.

I’m not a fan of the cold , snow does not bother me.

The thing I do like about the winter months is getting those projects done on my car snd not feeling guilty about missing good driving weather !!

Once car is in the garage I got a few things that need tidying up so a cup of coffee and the tunes on amd pass some time.

 

Don't eat the yellow snow!

 

Send it my way, I want to ski!

I was happy I got to drive mine until November.

 

Price of gas here in snow country ,I am happy for the chance to save money for next seasons driving and as Vandenplas points out , an opportunity to do some maintenance and building .... mine dont reach the water ,but I can lick my eyebrows ...

I’ve got to ask, what is conveyor belt grease? I’ve worked on and around industrial conveyor belts for over 30 years and I haven’t heard of it.

 

Can you translate into english units, you know that we don't speak that system too well here in the states.
