Hot Rods Deuce hinge pins?

The hinge pins removed from my '32 5W measure .280. The replacement SS pins are .274. Looking on the Ford Barn confirms that stock they are .280. Anyone aware of a source for .280 stainless hinge pins at least 2 1/16"? Regards, Ron

 

I just make them out of a stainless bolt by dressing down the head. It beats having to wait for one being delivered by the mailman.

Like others have said above ,or dimple the pin in different spots evenly, emery cloth to correct size,

 

The replacement pins are undersize. Is there a 9/32" stainless bolt?

Turn down a 5/16 bolt and round the head.

 

Find someone to knurled the undersized replacements.
