LOUDBANG...I also built the Visible V8 model, and it ran pretty slick with a coat of oil on the internal parts. Also there was a SBC V8 non running model that you could build stock..all the way up to a blown configuration. I think there were a few choices for speed equipment. Anybody remember that one ?
Looks like and early funny car driver that figured out a way to take care of anybody that was faster and got in front of him.
Yup the small block Snakes were a hoot to drive. Especially this one fitted with a Crane cam and Mondello heads! The owner trusted me enough to let me put a couple hundred miles on it and a couple of autocrosses. I can still smell hot Valvoline and leather and hear the headers crackle as it cooled down.
I have never seen an exhaust system like that on any Cobra, side exit headers with full under body system. (Tail pipes) Today that is almost a million dollar car.
She'll put your eye out kid........at 100 feet, sighting over her shoulder! She WAS a very petite woman.
