I feel I have been searching with both eyes closed for an original style 32 ford steering drag link . Anyone give me a heads up on a possible source? Are they even available?

I've never seen a repro of an original 32 drag link. And I'm not sure you'd want one unless you are building a restored car.

Any little modification you do to your car (lowered spring, dropped axle, hairpin steering arm, F-1 steering box) will change the length required of the drag link. The stocker isn't adjustable, so you would be stuck with the wrong length.

If you want it to look stock-ish, I'd suggest getting the rod ends from a 32 tie rod, and making a shorter bar for between them. Then you can adjust the length to be perfect.

When I built my 32 a few years back, I wanted to try and keep the “old look” of the draglink but didn’t have one. But it had to be adjustable.
I had a nice 32 tie rod , so I shortened and retreaded one end for the old style end.
Rebuilt them and they match the 32 tie rod.

On my 32 pu with dropped axle and side steer I used original 32-34 tie rod ends and had a local machine shop make me adjustable rods for both. Not to long ago I sold my original 32 drag link with for I think 200.00. which covered the costs of the rods with money left over to rebuild the ends.
