VINTAGE SHOTS FROM DAYS GONE BY! (Part 2)

I remember this car featured in Hot Rod Magazine, must have been mid-‘60’s, and it was on the cover too.
Someone colorized that picture, it was used in the feature article, but on the cover the car was green. And a not too attractive green at that.

 

Late to the party here. Yes shot taken in Templestowe north of Melbourne Victoria. Victoria Bitter one of the worst beers ever made. Abbreviation VB or Vomit Bomb

Comparing the above photo with the last photo below that shows this car in street form vs racing form, I don't see a door handle or hinge in the above racing form
