Hi HAMBers I am stuck please post some pictures of Model A shocks on a dropped and channeled 27 roadster with a model a chassis. I have been trying to figure this out for over a month. The subframe for the turtle deck covers the area where the shocks go.

First off put it at ride height measure from center of top mount to center of bottom mount that is ride height for shock say 12 inches then figure out your weight and buy spring to fit straight up and down mounting or angle mounted. If you angle don’t overdue it you will lose about 20% of normal spring value. That’s coilovers but regular shocks the measuring is pretty much the same lol
