History Trying to find info on this 56’ Chevy

Hi all,
Trying to find any history on this 56’ Chev. Lived in Denver CO all it’s life till recently moving to CA. 427 powered car with a 4 speed and Dana 60. The previous owner doesn’t have much info on it from its past but we know it was a championship car at mile high park in CO in the late 60s . Car has 67 impala interior, chromed inner fenders and radiator core support and a deep purple lacquer paint job. Hoping to find some old pictures or info on it if at all possible to keep its story going .

 

Chromed inner fenders, wow that is different. Rest assured its not in Lancaster, VA.

 

Did you get the purple hood?

 

No hood other than the fiberglass one
