That's what I am hoping but he hasn't answered any of my phone calls, they all go to voice mail. HRP

I made a post in one of HRP’s posts years ago a Dirty old man was one step away from driving up to Canada to give me the business.
Put it behind us and everything been good since, I always enjoy his posts.

hopefully he’s just being an old man and busy yelling at the clouds or kids in his lawn or something .

 

I have known Dave for a very long time but I am ashamed to say that I don't know his last name, can anyone help me with that? HRP

 

Got a message from dog patch back on 9/23/21 that dave had just had two tumors removed from his brain, surgery went well, long road ahead,
Would bet that he is at his son's for recovery period, dog patch said he would let me know if anything changed.

I found out yesterday Dave had 2 carious brain tumors remover last month he will be getting chemo and radiation as he improves, I got a phone number to his room in the hospital and planed on calling this morning. HRP

 

I called the hospital room number I had and I didn't get a answer, so I called the switchboard to make sure I had the correct number and was told he was discharged yesterday.
I gambled on calling Dave's cell phone and his son Frank answered, he told me Dave is not doing well and has been admitted to rehab facility, he also said Dave had locked his phone and can only receive calls but can't return them, I ask Frank to let Dave know all his friends on the hamb miss him and got him in our thoughts and prayers. HRP

Thoughts are with Dirty's recovery and family and friends as this is certainly a most difficult time...good on all of you checking up on fellow members who out of character drop off the radar...unfortunately it's not always the plan...
