I found this at a swap meet and I thought it looked like a Plymouth but I’m not sure any help would be Appreciated

Should be 39-40. Just did a Google image and this and several more came back as 39-40. This particular one shows as 40 Valiant Business Coupe. Just killin' time.

 

oh.....and the usual 50% (or more) chance that it's a Dodge.

I think its a 1934 Stutz-Bearcat wit the optionel Hemi Engine
