@tdog I was actually thinking the lightening holed panels and bracing your fabbing and using looked like repurposed bomber dashes and yes they may have been pretty heavy plate...I wasn't suggesting you make your dash of one...hopefully some of that is visible as it's to nice to cover up...

Isn't there 2 Trogs now...it this the East coast one or the One in Cali near Wildwood...Stogy's event challenged...both definitely bring out the Cream of the Hotrod crop regardless...

And i thought my work space gets a little crowded. I love this car, and what you are doing. Makes my car look unchopped.

BE455C67-D5F4-48D4-B132-95ABB016F5DF.jpeg Local legend Jim Curren came by yesterday. He added some paint to the old doors . The 246D is the number the car ran in 1957 at Bonneville. And the OMAHA is from 1955 . Running a little mix … Jim worked as a sign painter for 32 years . It was an honor to have him in the shop . 16420052-1F29-47A6-B2ED-15AA5140ACFA.jpeg

Made some templates for the roll cage out of conduit to take in to a buddy that used them to bend up my cage . This is how a did it . Unfortunately I don’t have time to put them in before TRIG. Will be a nice winter project.

Did some cutting on the coupe and purchased a speedway kit to install juice brakes to early spindles.

click on that, should work on a desktop just fine. The little square photos with a white triangle icon on them are videos that will enlarge if you click on them

should tide you over until it makes it to YouTube videos and you don’t need an IG account to view

  28. Nice..... I need to find some skinny 16" 5 on 4&3/4ths with Firestones and take mine. Is a 1957 engine too new?
