As one said in an earlier post, it’s great to see it saved, but even better that it’s a couple young fellas layin down a plan for a H.A.M.B. friendly build. There’s still hope. . Good job fellas.

  4. What a great start for a little hot rod, this one isn't mine but some food for thought maybe

Yep, they're still out there, up here in the North Bay! Discovered this one about 12 years ago. It's still sitting there and can be clearly seen from the freeway while traveling Hwy 101 in Marin County. I grabbed the headlights off of it and they currently reside on the roadster. Funny story: I actually bought it for $500! Got it from a tweaker who was living in a dilapidated trailer on the property. Turns out, it wasn't his to sell! A tow truck was on the way and as I was clearing brush from around it, the property owners grandson drove up and inquired about my actions. Yeah, I got my money back from the tweaker. As for the '34, it's still sitting there next to a '51 Ford truck. I'm sure the grandfather has passed away by now and who knows............both could be for sale!

  9. That key is just a steering column lock, not the ignition

  12. If that cab had been found in Alabama, there would have been 200 bullet holes in it.
