I must have watched the videos of Tom Kristensen driving that Thunderbird around Goodwood a few years ago, atleast 100 times, and Romain looks like he's having a blast! Goodwood Revival is an event i would really like to get out to some year!
I love that bird! We were there in 2011 and there were a couple of big Galaxies running as well. So fun to watch! Hoping to get back next year as a 50th birthday present to myself!
I've watched that race with his muffler dragging several times, man that looks like one heck of a good time !
So cool to watch that " Big Bird " get with it, and have some fun ! I bet the driver was just grinning and laughing every second of that race ! Thanks for posting !
Very cool video! It sounded like the Brit commentator was having as much fun watching that as I did. I've knicknamed it the "Lumbering Battlebird".

Fun stuff, THANKS ! Uncle Chuck had a 60 Bird with 430 Lincoln mill & 3 deuces from the factory. Passed eveerything but the gas station....wish I had it today. 140 mph speedo & it would peg it.
