Try Wheel Smith. They answer their phone, give great service, and have great products. Talk to REX

2nd on Wheel Smith, a friend bought a set of wheels for his '34 Pickup and they were priced right and powder coated the correct color. I personally dealt with Stockton and have heard that they have closed shop.

  9. I bought wheels and an 8 track from Pete in 1963 and I'm 80. How can he still be alive?

The Stockton wheel that we knew years ago closed a few years ago and word was that someone took it over and re-opened it. Last comments on Yelp or those other similar sites are over a year old. Most of those were by local folks having wheels repaired.

15-20 years ago I had some wheels made for the front of my Bonneville roadster at a Fontana manufacturer. When I went to pick them up, they had hundreds of cases of Stockton Wheels ready for shipment. I don't know if they out-sourced everything or what. I was just surprised to see what I did.

I had Wheel Vintiques build me a set of 18”x5.5” wheels for my Bonneville racer. Ordered them in September last year, they finally showed up in July! They look nice and straight, and to be fair, I heard thru the grapevine that pretty much everybody has been having delays in getting parts and components to build things. WV doesn’t build the hoops, they make the centers and then weld them up with your offset, so long build and delivery time may not have been in their control. YMMV!

They are still in business, I pass by there regularly. Different owners now, customer service went to shit I hate to say.

No idea, I bought my wheels from him back about 2007. But, the web page is still current. Maybe someone close can do a drive by and verify
