Hot Rods Louvers northern California?

    Looking to have some louvers punched in my 53 Studebaker deck lid. Anyone have a recomendation in northern California? Im located in the north bay but willing to travel. Thanks!
     
  2. If all else fails call Chip Quinn at 602 881 0175. He is needs louvers here and owns hot rod central louver company. He ships in and out panels for people all the time.

    I would prefer fewer, larger louvers, spread farther apart.
     
  11. He can do whatever you want. I told him to put as many as he could so he did. He has different traditional sizes. Look through this thread and you can see multiple posts about Chip's work.

    Nice Type III hood! When I had my shop (Campbell, CA.) Moe @ Valley Custom in San Jose punched my hood and decklid with 260 louvers total. Front and back, O.T. '66 bug looked like a cheese grater. Bug was used for 'quick errands', very fast. (356 mill)
     
  13. For the notchback I am working on. Chip is in the middle of doing rear trunk lid now.
