Here are some highlights of this years show. Like to thank everyone for braving the heat. We were Blessed to have a nice breeze that made the show tolerable. Attendance was down a little because of the gear but still had a kool turnout. We are not concern with numbers just quality. Our quality was so kool. Stay tune for a lot more pics. Thanks to Travis Miller for shoot the pics..
Was a Wonderful gathering of Kool Kustom Cars and Good People. Thank You Mick , Your Family and Travis for all the time and effort put in to put on a Kool Gathering
Thanks Mick and all that put this on. It makes me excited as a custom newbie that someone local (not 2,000 miles away) is promoting customs.
Thanks guys for the kind words. Our numbers were down this year. We had a lot of guys back out because of the forecast of extreme heat. Fortunately we were Blessed to have a nice breeze all day and it cooled things off nicely. Mid 90s are a lot better than 100 plus degrees. (God is good) We had a total of 70 some vehicles with a handful of Hot Rods. I’m not looking at rapid growth. The Kats are promoting Kustoms and it’s hard to get the word out. Ver happy with our progress and we feel like it will continue to grow. Thanks to all of the Guys that bought shirts and helped promoting our Kustom show. I still believe Lead Ain’t Dead.
I believe we are on the right track and comments like yours helps keep us from getting discouraged. Thank you.
Thank you, I’ll check and see what we have left over and I’ll get back to you. Might be a couple of days, I got to do some catching up.
Winners from this years show Kustom Kemp’s of America’s official Frank Lund picked Dave & Chris Pareso. Great choice
Mick’s Pick was H.A.M.B. very own Jim Stanley. We were very honored to have him at our show. More tomorrow…
Hi Mick, Here's a video I just found on You Tube of your show and event-What a great turnout and some very Kool cars- Thanks for sharing the pics too.
Wow, sure looks to me like you had a great show and some great cars! Have to say that the 55 tbird really caught my eye! As always really appreciate all you do for us Mick!
The weatherman had forecasted abnormal heat so it hurt us a little on attendance. Show is still heading in the right direction. The original owner if the T bird built it to drag race. When he retired went back stock. Owner is Kustomizing it still running the nailhead that came with it. Too kool!
Definitely going to have to bring the green wagon next year. Work got in the way this year, but looking forward to the next iteration.
When growing up, you read about shows you wish you could attend. Later on in life you have to make a commitment to just go. Sure there are bigger shows with lots more cars attending. But seeing customs is what trips my trigger. I`m glad I went to see all the custom nuts like me. You do know the pic`s of my car will get deleted. But rules are rules. Let that be a discussion for another day.
