Features I. D. This Custom Buick

I'm not much of a customs guy so i don't search the "Traditional Customs" part of the H.A.M.B. but now I'm wondering who built the custom Buick in the opening scene of the movie "PIT STOP" It looks too be a '64 Buick Riviera. I think I've seen it on the cover of old custom magazines.
