Don't know how I missed this. Very great loss to this site. @Ryan , can he be made a "Member Emeritus" so when his posts emerge in any searches he is recognized as such a contributing member?

 

I read a lot of his stuff, always good. RIP Butch.

Aw damn. This is really sad news. I will miss his posts. He was sure a wealth of knowledge on those old Chevys. Rest In Peace, Butch.

I'm living now what they enjoyed in the early 60s as I breastfeeding at the time and a Twinkle in Dads eyes for the late 50s...

 

Sad news, particularly at his age.
For all of us older guys, be thankful every day that you are still her and enjoying our hobby.

 

How are you going with this idea? It would be a fitting tribute, especially with Butch's daughter involved.

 

I have recently reached out to Butch's daughter for a password and photo of Butch & his '56 sedan delivery to post as an Avatar and also offered to help her do it herself if uncomfortable giving out password, she has gone silent for the moment and I will respect that. I think she and Butch's wife are being pestered about the sale of his car & garage full of parts, just to early for them to make rational decisions. Thanks for asking!
