Awe inspiring! I haven't heard a flatty sound like that ever, and the RPM you are getting and holding is at once amazing and cringey.
I tried to get out to the salt over a decade ago, and ended up injuring myself on the way and had to cancel and return home.
Any comments on this year's conditions?

The video is amazing, and the flatty running at 6500 RPM consistently, is a feat to be proud of, and the element of ( I assume ) just 3 main bearings holding it all together, most impressive !

3 main bearings.....and watching the needle on the tach......was first and foremost on my mind.

Wow! What an amazing achievement! Old Henry would be proud. He said 4 cylinders was enough, but if they want a big engine we'll given em' 8!
