Grommets? Maybe I've missed it, but are there grommets where wires pass through holes in sheet metal?

 

Not at the moment, X38, I do have some heatshrink that will help protect the wires. I might add a grommet if I think there is a problem. Luckilt everything is open and freely accessible so there shouldn't be any hidden problems.

 

Looks like you are really enjoying this build and I commend you on your repurposing of the many components. Should provide you with many miles of pleasurable driving. Looking forward to your first drive. Carry on!!!!!!

 

fucks sakes use the grommets and por15 inside the cowl and the car before it rots away.nothing cool about rust in our climate
