Let me begin by saying I am sorry if this isn't HAMB friendly. I have no clue what this bracket is for(or how old it is) and this seemed like the most knowledgeable place to start. I found this in a box of misc fasteners, brackets, linkages and automotive doodads that I think my Dad packed up when he left home in the '60s. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
