No, I'm pretty sure they were only available with a Borg Warner automatic transmission. As for manual transmissions, I believe it was offered with the T90 and maybe the T98. The TH400 was only available once they switched to the 232 in late 65 or the first gen AMC 327 V8.

Mom's 63 Wagoneer had 3 on the tree and 4 wheel drive. As mentioned earlier my brother ran that thing until the body was falling apart. It always got high test gasoline at the mechanic's recommendation (he was factory trained, and mom's uncle). Also got oil changes at 2k miles or less from new. No burned valves or other problems. And never any smoke
