VINTAGE SHOTS FROM DAYS GONE BY! (Part 2)

Earth Kitt...right? She played Cat Woman in the Adam West Batman years.

 

There's a fine bunch of super-pilots. One of the most successful outfits in WW II... the Tuskegee Airmen. Shunned by a lot of bomber crews until they saw how well these guys protected their "charges", then these guys became well sought after heroes. The Germans hated them!

 

I think that's the wreck Peter Iredale on the Oregon coast. Some of it still remains.

British model June Palmer on the back. Can't name the other model but have seen her before. June can be seen at various motor shows plus much more risque work.

 

They never lost a bomber to German fighter planes while they were escorting our planes.
