Been collecting a lot of the pieces to this very special restoration. Still needing a few items such as a seat, covico steering wheel, jabsco pump, some Stewart Warner gauges. Be sure to follow the Facebook & Instagram fan page.
Just type Davis & Ingram fan page.
Please share any photos if you have any of this car ! Need all the photos I can for documentation.

Very exciting news just surfaced about Mac Jameson, Dave McClelland & Ron Koontz Reath Automotive Fiat that became the famous Davis & Ingram Fiat was prior to all of that in the beginning (so far as of right now) the Lee’s Speed Shop from Santa Monica Fiat !! OMG [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]. The Lee’s Fiat was ran around 1961-1962 & piloted by Mac Jameson & owned by all three gentlemen Mac Jameson, Dave McClelland & Ron Koontz, then somewhere in late ‘62 Reath Automotive became their main sponsor.
Absolute crazy history on this same Fiat that had many life’s !
What you all think about that !

*PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THESE GUYS Mac Jameson, Dave McClelland & Ron Koontz*

Got invited to the Grand National Roadster Show in its old stomping grounds . Lots of excitement and buzz going on.

WOW! Makes you wonder how such a great car to be allowed to "waste away".

Glad you got invited to the GNRS! Seeing a car before it is restored gets more people involved in tracing its history and digging up more old photos and stories.

So recently I’ve scored a major key part that was my “holy grail” part to find due to there wasn’t very many made from what I’ve been told and this part was a visible part that you will see . I found the Champion Speed Shop timing cover & main cap girdle for the motor !!! Also I found a C2 corvette expansion tank that was used for coolant on the front of the motor. Also I made sure it was properly date coded correct ! the tank I bought was date coded July of 1963 which would be correct since the 364ci 4 port motor was built around March of 1964. Also on my hunt for more period correct parts I picked up an original 1960’s fiberglass bucket seats. Going to keep the best one out of the two for the Fiat. Next to find is the steering wheel which by pic’s it was around a 16” dia and looks to be a Covico wheel just don’t know what color . I’m guessing black … Also I’m going to try to find some half sweep Stewart Warner gauges. From pictures it looks like there was a water temp, vacuum, & oil pressure. I talked with you at the last Grand national Roadster show, where the body was on display.
I liked the fact you want to restore the car to its glory and beauty.
    In May I acquired the J & J Bantam B/A.
I'm lucky the Bantam came as a roller, with the chassis and body in relatively good condition.
Ed Weddle made the chassis' for both cars. They have so much in common.
PS I believe I have the correct Eelco tank for your car, with the unique cap.

Recently just found, the original car show display sign ! This is from 1963 to early '64. They started to order part around Feb 1964 to switched to the beefy 364ci Hilborn 4port injection motor. Cool history . Below is a picture from the 1964 Oakland Roadster Show. Fiat car show sign.jpg friendly Fiat.JPG
