Projects '64 Galaxie convertible

This showed up on my phone today. I already have too many projects... Guys says it will run. 390 auto

 

Need a little more detail on the car. Could be s deal at 2K. What's he asking for it???

 

He said 6. Hundred.

 

Looks like a glorified parts cars. Cost lots more to fix it than buy a lot better one that has all parts and runs and drives unless you have lots of time and money

 

Looks like the "Iron Trap" car that was bought at that Kansas Estate sale.......

 

I have a complete xl interior for a 64 convertible. At least it has the sun visor brackets. I bought a whole car just for the driver side bracket. That’s how hard those are to find.

 

I had scrapped one in 1978 that was in far better condition. Good luck with it.

 

That's relatively cheap round here. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if the frame as still intact. The floors are gone which is typical of verts. I would check the frame and go from there.

 

It's worth $600 if ya got it and have a dry place to store it.

I bought a nice car that several other people tried to buy. The guy said if I sell it to you I know you will take care of it. I wont see it with a snow tire on the right front. This one has the snow tires on the front option.

 

My coupe had snow tires on it when we dug it out, but they were in the "traditional" location. Lol. I'm not buying it, it just sounded cheap in case anyone was interested. I know my limitations.
