Technical Reusing old Ford spindles and kingpins

    The bushing reaming is Part 4 and starts at 14:29

    Mart is a long time HAMB member with a wealth of knowledge and experience. If you haven't been watching his videos you should, they are a great source of information.

    You can ream out some nice holes in the floor for cup holders with that one

    No that is not a piloted reamer! You need one that goes through both bushings to keep them straight. Have them honed at a machine shop, it is worth the cost!

    I know a fellow in Pensacola who has the proper old time machine to hone it to proper size. honing gives a better fit then reaming. But honing leaves grit, so clean, clean, clean.
