    Not another E'ffn Studebaker...???
    I like the taillight lenses - Maybe 1951-1953 Cadillac?
    EDIT: 1948-1950 taillight lenses look a bit closer.
    The front has an early Ferrari / Volvo P1800 / Datsun 240Z influences.
    I would drive it.

    Has anyone done functional exhaust like this? Think he just cut a hole in the fender and slid it in?

    But this one looks like it has a metal pipe welded to the bottom of the fender with the lake pipe running through it.
