FWIW, I grew up in western Wa and have lived all of my 71 years here. I had to go look it up. It’s an unincorporated area on the south end of Whidbey Island. Goodguy’s is on this weekend, so the guys north of Everett might be busy. Try adding a description of the truck and what you need to know, maybe you’ll get a response first of the week. I don’t have the experience to evaluate something for you or I’d offer. Oddly enough I was on Whidbey last month, and probably within a half hour of it. Hadn’t been on Whidbey in nearly 50 years.
If you can't find anyone closer, I'm game. I'm maybe 15-20 minutes from the island. It's a bit of a drive. But I could probably manage.
