Do you know what caps can be used on those?

Both dog dish and full wheel covers. If it's an aftermarket cap your going to have to ask if they will work with stock GM wheels.

How wide are these? I had 3 from a Caprice but they were 8" wide factory, which is quite wide for a stock steel wheel. I think there were also 7" wide versions used on some big GM, but keep in mind some but not all Impala/Caprice of the 77-90 year range were 5 on 5, some were 5 on 4.75. I think a lot of the big pattern wheels were on squad cars, I've seen and had both. All the ones I had would take a regular 10" diameter dog dish cap, same as used back into the mid 50's, but there could be other versions.

    Station wagons were 7", 5x5.

I don't believe that regular dog dish hubcaps will fit those wheels at all. There are no and never were any provisions for small caps on that wheel.
Searching a bit shows that they look just like Chevy Express van wheels.

I think I have some 15x8 out back with the same centers. 5 on 5 wheel (2).png Chevy express van wheel 15 x 6.jpg

The picture is so fuzzy it's hard to tell. That said, there are centers with that exact same index/lug portion that do have the nubs for dog dish caps. OP is just going to have to pay attention to what's available when buying.

  11. ...those look like Chevy pickup wheels, no small hubcap nubs,...

  12. Chevy Astro vans had the 5 on 5 pattern and the nubs to hold a dog dish cap.

Well it's one without nubbies and one with in that pair out back and I don't think they look like 8 inch wheels to boot.
My wife went out and got them from Marvin Sears when she dearly needed snow tires and had studded tires put on them at the tire store but I have never seen them with the tires off. IMG_1647.JPG IMG_1649.JPG
