    Yeah ... real old school .... funny windshield & an auto trans. I haven't figured out the "they didn't build this body style" part yet.

  5. I think what he means is the grille style... the '40 IIRC is like the '38 & '39, this has the '41-early '47 grille.
     
  6. 46 - early 47, dash, rubber rear window gasket, door lock under handle, chrome grill, etc all point that out.

    Nice video. Thanks for posting it. I am not sure about breaking down with a carb and distributor type ignition and finding parts the will be easy. I fear those parts will be specialty items in the not so distant future.

    Just take spare parts known to be good with you. That way when you break down you'll have everything you need except the part that broke.
