  1. Tell us about the sedan, the frame set up and the wheels and tires, the car sits perfect. HRP

Thanks Danny. I boxed the original frame. I didn’t “Z” it because I wanted to retain the original back seat. It has 57 Ford 9 inch with 3.70 posi mounted with Pete & Jakes ladder bars and quarter eliptic springs and hydraulic shocks . Up front SoCal forged dropped axle with 37-41 spindles and split 34 bones. New front crossmember. Vega cross steer. Has a 283 with a 5 speed. It’s an awesome little car to drive. Rear wheels are 16x6 with 7.50x16 tires and fronts are 15x5 with 145R15 tires.

I drove the 40 pickup over to the Marina and watched the firework over the lake.

Danny, I was parked where the owners of the boats park their cars, I had been invited out on a friend's houseboat for a cookout and take in the fireworks from the top of the houseboat, sorry I missed you guys.

  8. Drove my 52 GMC (avatar) in local parade this morning. My church had a few vehicles in the parade and was a big event helper, in addition to the vehicles in the parade. Forgot to take pictures.

The car reminds me of Bob McCoys flamed 40 sedan.

A bit late, but the Haifley Bros. put on the annual Rattlers CC 4th of July party, which used to be done at Franks shop before he retired and then the Haifley's kept it going. It's a neat group of people from the local Hot Rod community that come together, which was sorely missed last year due to the Covid lockdowns.
