Technical Plymouth grill broken stud removal how to

Well thought for a while how to remove the broken studs out of this 1949 Plymouth grill without messing it up and came up with this. Basically it it bolts together with two 1/4-20 bolts and has a clearance hole for the 3/8 bolt to push out the carriage bolt.wish it was tech week haha but oh well hope this helps someone
