I think today they should be called low parkers. Back in the 50’s you had to drive them the way you lowered them. (riders) Now you can look good at a signal then raise it up to ride….

I dig low riders, always have. I had a 66 Pontiac Bonneville four door hardtop in high school. Everyone thought it was a low rider and I didn’t tell them any different. It scraped the pavement every day. I think the original springs had just sagged, but it looked pretty dang good that way. Also, I don’t see that lowriders have to be an ethnic thing. I’m of mixed blood, but might not look that way. I don’t see how it makes a difference.
