Agreed, only those that have drunk it would know. Tar Heel myself when very young, but every time we went back to visit first thing I wanted to get my hands on was a Cheerwine.
North Hollywood is a city adjacent to Van Nuys, California. It was once a healthy prosperous community until the early 50s when it fell into urban blight. In the late 90s much of the city was restored, rebuilt, and gave it a trendy name NoHo. It now has made a comeback.
Yes. This was at Indianapolis Raceway Park just a couple of days before the 1962 Indianapolis 500. Foyt and Parnelli started 1-2 and finished in the same order. Foyt only drove the Jud Phillips built Konstant Hot car three times; twice at IRP and once at Williams Grove. Roger McCluskey won the USAC sprint championship in the same car in both 1963 and 1966.
The 4 way stop signs were temporary while the old traffic signals with the stop and go paddles were replaced by 3 phase modern signals. It was around '56 IIRC.
Its a Photoshop, it was in a Hemmings article. Damn good looking T-Bird though. Someone should build one! Bill
