I guess, but having seen and photographed both I would say that Norm's T was not nearly so exaggerated.

Wish I could "like" something multiple times! ^^^^^^^ I'd drive that till the wheels came off.

Just wondering though.....Is that Joe Namath behind the wheel? :D

Proportions on that T (well the lady too) are very nice! Just guessing by the car in the background....mid to late 50's?

    Hello,

One of the nicest T-bucket roadsters was from San Diego. Fred Castro had this cool looking, well built roadster. He was very proud of its finished look. We have shown other photos in other threads and this one is about an accessory to help a couple of big guys/girls into the tight quarters when going for a drive.

“Fred’s steering wheel was referred to as a “Fat Man’s” wheel. It folded up toward the windshield. Dan Biggs now owns Fred’s roadster and he told me 6 months ago that the old wheel wasn’t safe anymore and he has had to replace it.”
From Jim Reid, San Diego Prowlers

    Thanks Jim...

My brother and I have always liked roadsters. The ones with some form of a pickup bed seemed to us as the most useful of all open roadsters for any type of useful service or just enough room for plenty of storage on long road trips. The blue RPU are some ideas pulled from our long ago, late night conversations as 30-40 somethings during family visits.

    A “T” for two… pun intended…

    A past inspiration:
    upload_2021-7-10_4-16-47.png a 6 minute drawing, a 5 minute color infusion…
“My version was, of course, a T Bucket for the Tea Party art and writing project. When she saw it a few minutes later, she said that the red hot rod is cool. (from a teenager !) She also added that it looked like the flames we saw on that red, old sedan weeks ago in the Central Orange County Vintage Home Tour.”
    upload_2021-7-10_4-17-25.png

“We have several styles of drawing/writing books for our Granddaughter. This is one that gives an idea to expound and be creative. The tea party consisted of several varieties of decaffeinated tea varieties, including this weird licorice flavored tea. (wife’s choice)”
    upload_2021-7-10_4-17-51.png
“Despite the popularity of the “Cha” groupies, her writing was a modified tea party and she created little teenagers hanging around talking…a normal activity, everywhere.”
