I made the annual trip to the Holley Hot Rod Reunion at Beech Bend this year in the company of four other model A's. Rolling in a convoy of 5 model A hot rods through the hills of East Tennessee and Kentucky for 200 + miles is my idea of a great road trip. The reunion was outstanding this year, best show, racing, and swap meet in a long time. Check out these photos for little taste of of the fun we had. 20210620_094541.jpg 20210620_094601.jpg 20210617_110035.jpg 20210620_100812.jpg 20210617_185045.jpg 20210617_211742.jpg 20210617_135006.jpg 20210617_135504.jpg 20210617_163904.jpg 20210618_101322.jpg 20210617_140114.jpg 20210618_092814.jpg 20210618_092823.jpg 20210618_091313.jpg 20210618_091324.jpg 20210618_110808.jpg 20210618_113517.jpg 20210618_113532.jpg 20210618_144346.jpg 20210618_144406.jpg 20210618_144437.jpg 20210618_112844.jpg 20210618_112851.jpg 20210618_144948.jpg 20210618_144846.jpg 20210619_161654.jpg 20210618_203713.jpg 20210619_095818.jpg 20210618_085544.jpg 20210618_134934.jpg

The original Willys was killer and Dwight,s original 34 tudor was cool too.
The chopped plymouth was just silly(In My Opinion)

Where's the dark brown 34 coupe from? Do you know anywhere I could see more pics of that?

  20. The original 1933 Willys looks like Fran Bannister's old coupe.

Thanks for sharing @garage2small...200+miles one way or not...that's a journey...those rims on that Willys are quite unique...nice to see a continued return to normalcy...

  27. Nick,
I don't know who Fran Bannister is but the '33 Willys Coupe came out of a storage container all there but in pieces years ago in the Pacific Northwest. It had lime green 1936 wheels on it that matched the beltline for a long time
