Projects 1949/52 chevy sedan clutch linkage

    not sure if i should put this here, but, im trying for max exsposure. just got myself in to another project . a 52 fleetline and im missing a piece of the clutch linkage .its the L shaped off set rod adjuster that goes to the clutch fork. 0.787 . if anyone knows of one or where it can be purchased please let me know . thnx bill 10628933735_97611c94c2_c.jpg

    thnx for your faith f1 .you might be right ,but id rather pay $20.oo than re invent the wheel. thnx double bumber ,the only one i found on the ech channel says its for a truck ,but sure looks the same so i offered $15.oo finger crossed . i figr someone is repopping them . is a wear item ??

    Yes, they will fit the cars also. Reading the listing, it states the specifics concerning them.

    They are flat on the lower side. The fork has a flat to match it….

    my car has a 77 ,i think ?!250 integrated head and 3 spd syncro. so like i said , ill see if its close . i think it will work with minor mods.. also looking for the best dual master conversion. it dosent look like i have a rebuildable stock cyl. so i guess its a good time to add some safety upgrade . or just wear a helmet !

    I built a bracket using the front of the original master cylinder. Got the idea from a thread here on the HAMB. It took a couple hours and a few scraps of steel I had laying around. It works quite well it seems. I haven't actually driven the car yet, but the pedals seem to function as they should. Here is a link to the thread. BTW, I had a little trouble locating that exact M/C but you should be able to find something that will work. Lots of choices for the same basic type M/C.

    Chevy's of the 40's in Vancouver, WA, or old car parts in Portland,
    OR.
