Hot Rods Have Goodies will travel... plaque info?

I found this at an estate sale... tucked in the back of the garage with some other old car stuff...
I think it's an original...

I read somewhere they were originally in the JC whitney catalog... but I don't see it in my 1968 book...

any info?

But I might mount it on my hardtail shovelhead... LOL !
