History Any know of Bob stolze?

I an rebuilding this 170 Studebaker flathead six. To my surprise is was relieved and head shaved.. On the timing gear it's ingraved Bob Stolze Santa Ana CA. 1980.

 

Bump up for the late crowd.....and it's a Studie !
