I can't make out the brand of boats advertised on the rear quarter panel, but if it was an aluminum boat manufacturer maybe they had something to do with the car's construction. After all, it does resemble an inverted rowboat.
I'm guessing YOUNG'S "Bait Shop" was in Lucerne, California ... a little Northern California town located in Lake County on the north eastern shore of Clear Lake.
The square on the door area is a recessed step plate box. Other than that it just a rolling billboard
Bumper shapes appear to back up that idea. Maybe Lake Lucerne, WI? Lots of fishing up that way, plus the Nash was built down the road in Kenosha.
