Creative artist. Wow. All from scratch.

  3. Imagine if he had come on the HAMB and said "I'm going to scratch-build an 11/16th-scale '28 Chevy sedan from refrigerators."

Yup, Ernie Adams and his cars have been discussed here a number of times over the last 15 or 20 years...just do a search on 'Ernie Adams' or 'dwarf cars', you'll find some of the past discussions.

    He has a museum: https://www.dwarfcarmuseum.com

Well since they are all made from scratch(ed) refrigerators they would be customs. Neat stuff and great craftsmanship even though the Merc could use more of a slope in the roofline.

Oh wow! I love the mini Merc! I wonder if a v8-60 would fit.

I met him at the Back to the 50s show in St. Paul some years ago. He had driven his tiny Merc from Arizona to Minnesota, he's a tall guy too. The car is even more impressive in person.

I would say it's hard to get my mind around something like that. But in this case, it'd be hard to get it around my mind.
