Louie Mattar's Cadillac could be driven across the US non-stop ... saw it in San Diego shows many times '65 - '67.
Easy, what i said was strictly work related, not my general view of the world. By man up, i meant go all cowboy and git 'er done in an illegal fashion. Its easy to get your three strikes on an overly regulated job. Step up 19" without a ladder, and you got one. Its all lawsuits and liability now. You really got to pay attention more, and go slower. Its irritating. Take a five minute job and turn it into 30 minutes of set up. The industry is far different from the pic that spawned this discussion.
Cunningham's Elk Lake Service Station opened in 1923. It will be restored and rebuilt on the Heritage Acres site in Victoria.
Looks to pretty new. 57 Special with black walls and a post body. I wouldn’t be surprised if the old man didn’t order it with a stick shift. He stepped up big time for 2-tone paint. Even told them don’t put an outside mirror it or a radio as I can’t see the antenna that would have been in front of the passenger door. . . . love to find one like it today..
Yeah....thought the same thing but the Connie kit has got to go. Needs an load leveler hitch or some air bags..
