Anybody had any trouble with their 1084 chrome shocks leaking? I bought these from
Summit back in Oct. when I put my front suspension together, the car has been rolled in and out of the shop a couple of times and one is leaking. Called Summit on it,90 day warrantee from time of purchase. Calling Pete and Jakes tomorrow.

Summit has great service, they offered a 10% discount on another pair.

  4. Well, my P&J's lasted several years, but they were done at 20k miles. I can't recommend them.
Switched to Bilstein. They ride better, look good and are fine with more than 30k miles. Yes they cost more and were worth it.

  5. Use Bilsteins, P&J's are junk.

The only shocks I ever had that didn't leak and that lasted thousands of miles are the Bilstines..
